The parts were sent from Chicago by rail. This room has a private bath, bedroom, living room and small kitchen. It also has a private entrance. An antique rattan sofa, chairs and table are featured in the room from the times of an old Florida. Unlike the other suites, the Phillips Suite opens to a small patio into the backyard. The Willis Suite, along with the other three, has a kitchen, bedroom, living room and a private bath. Many families prefer this suite because the living room has a large pull out sofa for extra people. The bedroom features an antique bed adapted to hold a queen-sized matress. A large chifforobe, made by local craftsmen, provides storage for guests. Above the bed are needle works with sayings both in English and German. These were made by the previous owner's great, great grandmother who was a German immigrant and upon arrival her husband was drafted into the Union Army.
