                    We are members of  Florida Bed & Breakfast Inns or FBBI the state's 
               professional innkeepers association,  It sets statewide standards for inns, 
               inspects them, and requires feedback from guests. As a result,  innkeepers
               must give their guests  evaluation forms which they can complete and mail
               anonymously to the FBBI. There they are evaluated and then returned  to 
               us for feedback.  Here are some of these anonymous comments:    


                    2/11/06   Friendly nice atmosphere, location was great.  Loved
                                  feeding the swans & their babies.

                   4/16/06  Very pleasant stay.  The Zenders were wonderful.

                   4/22/06   It was absolutely charming. The hospitality was wonderful.

                        4/10/05   Nice clean place, owners are very friendly, food was good,
