      For those guests who want to explore some
of Florida's more popular attractions, Lakeland's
location makes it ideal for these  explorations. Lakeland is midway between Tampa and Orlando where many of these famous attractions are located.

     In nearby Orlando,  three world famous theme
parks: Disney World, Universal Studios, & Sea
World are located there.  Towards the Gulf,  the
Tampa Bay Area is noted for its famous theme,
park, Busch Gardens, its beaches in Clearwater,
and St. Petersburg.

RATES
            The daily rate varies from $80 to $110 depending upon whether it's a weekday/weekend
      and in season/off season.  For an extra person, the charge is $10.   From November 1 - April
      30, weekend, and holiday rates are higher.  These rates are for two persons and include their
      breakfast served family style.  The menu includes eggs, potatoes, coffee, tea, milk, muffins,
      toast, cereal, fresh fruit, and assorted desserts.

            Weekly, monthly, corporate, and group rates are available and they also vary depending
      upon the length of stay and in/season or off/season.

            In order to reserve a suite, a deposit for one night's accommodation  is required  and for
      longer stays, one half the total cost of the stay.  Refunds will be made for cancellations 10
      days prior to scheduled arrival time.  Unless notification of early departure is given 10 days
      prior to early departure, guests will  incur full charges.
